This is exactly what I've been looking for, a modern prefab home that's being built in America and available now. Last week a took a quick trip over to Spanish Fork, Utah to see a modular home provider that's been building for over 40 years and can deliver homes in a reasonable timeline. The company is called Irontown Homes and they a line of homes to choose from as well as the ability to take on custom projects. In this video I do a quick tour of their factory then check out a great looking modern prefab home that is on display at their factory.
