Jade Beach Condominium is a 53-story distinctive high-rise residential complex sitting on the oceanside at 17001 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL, 33160. It was developed in 2008 by Fortune International in collaboration with the Architectural firms of Carlos Ott, Kobi Karp & Revuelta Vega Leon.

The tower has a glass facade, a three-story grand entrance lobby, and incredible ocean and pool views. The impressive 3-story cascading fountain from the pool deck to the beach, lushly landscaped gardens, reflecting pools, and a stairway remind you of the “Versailles Castle.”

Are you considering buying or selling your condominium at Jade Beach Condo? Contact me today: Gladis Henriquez at 305-281-8653 | Optimar International Realty for a free condo evaluation on Sunny Isles Beach.
