I have an interior design degree and for years I was in the fashion business, so understanding and listening to my clients desired home and lifestyle is second nature to me.  I also love helping all the pieces of a transition come together.  Multitasking and making sure everyone is taking care of is exciting to me.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR MOST HELPFUL MARKETING TOOL IS WHEN SELLING YOURSELF AND SELLING A HOME?

I am truly a relationship realtor.  I am extremely social and have many social circles in the city and Vail. I have a high cold lead conversion because I get to know and connected to people easily. I think people’s lives are interesting and love to hear their goals and dreams.  Then I go back to my think tank and figure out how to help make it happen. It’s a blast!

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO NEW AGENTS?

Answer your phone! Texting isn’t always the best. It’s a 1 dimensional form of communication and we live in a 3-dimensional world.
