“House Party” is the official Realtor.com® podcast about the overlapping worlds of home and pop culture, hosted by Rachel Stults and Natalie Way. Click the player above to hear our take on this week’s hot topics.

Our recap of Season 3 of “Rock the Block” continues, and this week, the HGTV stars renovate the entry and living room in the respective houses. While all the teams went big on this challenge, one team took it to another level, and actually added square footage to the house it was making over. Talk about overachievers!

Each week, the teams are evaluated by a guest judge, and we were delighted to see Jasmine Roth of “Help, I Wrecked My House” give her take on the room makeovers. After walking through each house to assess the teams’ remodels, she was faced with a tough decision, but ultimately, she had to give it to the team that delivered an undeniable “trifecta power move” of design.

So, which team added the most value to its home and which missed the mark? We get into it on a brand-new episode of “House Party.”
