Last week we jumped head-first into the new season of “Rock the Block” and, to be quite honest, we’re hooked! The home renovation competition gives four teams of HGTV stars mere weeks and a limited budget to design four identical homes in their signature style while also adding value to their property. The team that adds the most value wins.
At this point in the show, it’s anyone’s game and we have zero idea which team is going to take the crown. Perhaps it’ll be Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb, the twin sisters and stars of their own HGTV show, “Unsellable Houses.”
This week we had the opportunity to speak with Davis and Lamb about the extensive preparation they did for the competition, how they infused their eclectic and earthy design aesthetic into their house, and what life was really like on the set of “Rock the Block.”
