1st Mortgages is a mortgage lender with branch locations in Littleton, CO, Scottsdale, AZ, Wichita, KS and Omaha, NE. We proudly serve those states as well as the states of Texas, Iowa, Wyoming, Utah and Illinois.
Established in 2002 by the current Owner and CEO Bryant Ottaviano, 1st Mortgages was created with the same core values as those of our many Credit Union partners. As you may nor may not know, one of many Credit Union mantra’s is “Not for profit, but for service.” As a company that has grown from meager beginnings of 2 employees to a proud company of 43, this mantra is truly taken to heart. What it means to us is the ability to have happy and motivated employees, to keep the lights on and to make sure that the terms we are able to offer are competitive and fair. It also means that we choose to share in many of the causes our Credit Union partners participate in, such as Credit Union for Kids and The Children’s Miracle Network. Lastly, we want you to know that we truly appreciate and cherish each client we are lucky enough to serve.
