Everyone wants to be heard, and Great American Realtor® Days is your chance for YOUR opinions to make a difference in the real estate business in Florida. It’s your chance to stand up for your profession and for homeowners across the state.
Held annually in the state Capitol, Great American Realtor Days, or as we like to call it, GARD, gives you the opportunity to travel to Tallahassee and shake hands and meet face-to-face with lawmakers before they weigh decisions that will impact how you do business.
Florida Realtors® 2025 Great American Realtor Days is scheduled for March 4-6.
You’ll be there to make sure our elected leaders have the right information before voting on legislation that could hurt your bottom line, threaten the growth of your business, or make it harder for Floridians to buy their dream homes or sell their properties.

Targeting local association executives in the Southeast, this annual event is a forum to share what is happening at the national and state levels and how issues and opportunities impact members at the local level. This event provides association executives, from CEOs to directors to managers, epic opportunities to network with their peers from other associations. Attendance at this event offers an estimated 16 hours of Professional Development Training that will count towards Core Standards requirements. The event is hosted by the NC REALTORS® and the Georgia REALTORS® and rotates between the two states.
