The Convention is the premier real estate education and trade show event in the state of Michigan! The Convention features CE Marketplace Certified Knowledge Sessions, numerous networking opportunities and innovative products and services in the Expo.

Each September, the Montana Association of REALTORS® comes together for the Annual Fall Convention and Gala. During the Annual Membership Meeting and Gala on Thursday, we announce the results of officer elections.

We also take this opportunity to recognize outstanding members with the Montana REALTOR® of the Year Award and Montana YPN Network of the Year Award, celebrating their exceptional contributions and dedication.

MAR Committees also meet Wednesday and Thursday, plus the ever popular Legal Forum Update (3CEs) is on Wednesday morning.

The event wraps up with the Board of Directors meeting starting at 9:00 am on Friday.

Developed in partnership with NAR’s REALTOR® Safety program, this three-hour course is an essential primer on how real estate professionals can limit risk to preserve safety; their safety, their client’s safety, and for positive business outcomes. Students will learn how to assess risk in their current practice and create safety systems, scripts, and tools for listing appointments, showing property, and conducting open houses. Students will also learn how to protect personal and electronic information online, in the cloud, and on social networks. As a practical resource, this course offers easy-to-remember strategies for real estate professionals when facing potentially dangerous situations.

– Explore the background and key provisions of the NAR settlement, focusing on how it impacts real estate transactions and professional practices.
