3 Interior Designers Transform the Same Luxury Loft | Space Savers | Architectural Digest

By Michael Madsen in General 9th Oct, 2023 Video Duration: 00:20:54
We gave interior designers Noz Nozawa, Darren Jett, and Joy Moyler a photo of the same undecorated loft in New York - then asked each of them to create a design for it in their particular style, however they pleased. From the windows to the floors, the lighting fixtures to the furniture - three artists, one canvas, each bringing something different to the space. Watch and see which designer checks the most boxes on your luxury loft wishlist.

Some details instantly give “builder grade.” It’s not about price—it’s about the little choices that make a home feel basic instead of elevated. #BuilderGrade #DesignMistakes #JulieProvenzanoGroup #TrulyJulieHomes #InteriorDesign

In 2026, wallpaper isn’t just an accent—it’s the foundation. Textural neutrals, immersive murals, and confident patterns are turning walls into the starting point of thoughtful, high-impact design. #DesignTrends2026 #WallpaperTrends #JulieProvenzanoGroup

Midimalism is taking over—less clutter than maximalism, more warmth than minimalism. It’s about balance, intention, and spaces that actually feel livable. #DesignTrends2026 #Middlemalism #JulieProvenzanoGroup #TrulyJulieHomes #interiordesign
