The design's environmental consciousness is evident in features such as concrete "lily pads" providing a dry passage over water features and the use of recycled materials for energy-efficient windows and doors.

Environmental sustainability takes precedence in the residence, as seen in the implementation of geothermal energy for heating and cooling. Water features incorporate ultraviolet purification and natural filtering beds, enabling the responsible use of recirculated water.
