Orca LGS is shaking up the Prefab Home space with a build process that they say will disrupt traditional thinking and challenge inefficiencies in the industry. They're building a line of modular and manufactured homes ranging in size from 375 to over 1400 square complete with a signature west coast modern look. I haven't come across another prefab home company building quite like this so it was fascinating to get a behind the scenes look at their process.
