Last week I took a quick trip over to the East Coast to check out the newest Prefab Home in North America, directly out of the factory. I stopped in at lloyoll prefabs to see what they had going on and to my surprise they had a home going out the following day which allowed me to see the entire process from start to finish included transport, crane and home tour. The modular had almost 900 square feet of space and was set on a location that will be hard to beat.
