Exquisite Fifth Avenue Penthouse with 3350 sq. ft. of Private Manicured Rooftop Terrace, Views of Central Park and beyond

Perched on the top floor of an elegant Emery Roth-designed co-op sits this one-of-a-kind penthouse, a customized duplex apartment that blends a sublime mid-Century modern aesthetic with expansive outdoor space and unobstructed views of Central Park and the west side skyline. Luxurious and refined, the home boasts 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a central powder room, and spacious den/staff room.

On the lower level of the home, residents are greeted by a grand double-height foyer with a chic bronze staircase with leather-clad floating steps. Formal living and dining rooms sit on either side of the foyer. The living room has access to a wraparound terrace with park views and boasts built-in mobile wall displays that conceal a hidden TV. The 10-person dining room leads into a windowed kitchen equipped with gray quartz countertops, custom Informed Studios cabinets, and fully-integrated high-end appliances from Gaggenau, Miele, and Sub-Zero. Just past the kitchen is a den/staff room with a walk-through closet and a pristine en-suite.

Finishing the lower level is a spacious primary suite that overlooks the terrace and park and has custom built-in closets and a windowed en-suite bathroom with marble walls and floors, a large custom vanity, and a windowed walk-in shower.

On the upper level of the home are a pair of bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second bedroom has park views and sits across from a marble bathroom, while the third bedroom/library features walnut wood panels, a full wet bar with a drawer fridge/freezer, and a private en-suite marble bathroom.

In excess of 3,000 sq. ft., the rooftop terrace is an oasis unto itself, adorned with several lounge, dining, and sunbathing areas, a built-in pergola with a retractable solar shade, an outdoor TV, integrated lighting and speakers, and 360-degree views of Central Park, and the city skyline. Both terraces also feature irrigated planters with lush greenery. Additional home highlights include central A/C, an in-home washer/dryer, an alarm system, and state-of-the-art Crestron Home Automation for audio/visual, lighting, and solar/blackout shades.

Situated directly on Central Park, 880 Fifth Avenue is a gorgeous Emery Roth building with full-service lobby, elevator, and maintenance, staff and thoughtful amenities. Residents enjoy an Art Deco lobby, a verdant courtyard garden, 24-hour on-site parking, common laundry, private storage, and a modern fitness center with a full range of training equipment. The building is moments from a variety of fine dining and shopping options, and it is close to Central Park Zoo and Museum Mile. Nearby subway lines include the Q & 6. Pets and pied-a-terre are welcome.
