| Event Description: | Monday, October 28, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM In-Person - 1333 W 120th Ave Suite 116, Westminster CO 80234 2021 Annual Commission Update. This is the one class that all Colorado Real Estate Licensees must take every year. Instructor: Eric Romero with Colorado Continuing Education. The cost is $40 The Annual Commission Update, required for every active licensee, is a 4-hour course. The course covers current Real Estate Commission rule changes, law changes, forms, and contracts updates, and is designed to keep you in the know! 4 hours of CE credit. Class begins promptly at 10 am and will last 4 hours. No CE credit if not in attendance for the entire class. Lunch Provided. I look forward to seeing you all in person!
