Interactions with buyers and sellers has progressively moved online every year since the internet became accessible, further pushing savvy real estate professionals online to cultivate relationships and business. 2020's pandemic environment has significantly-increased society's use and dependence on technology, and the real estate industry reflects that attitude. Today's DMAR IP must integrate/utilize technology in their marketing and lead generation protocols and procedures to strengthen contact/communication areas that are temporarily unavailable. This workshop endeavors to generate ideas and concepts that Industry Partner attendees can implement immediately to generate revenue and increase market share. INSTRUCTOR: Beau LaPoint CE CREDITS: 0 PRICE: Industry Partners $15 IMPORTANT: Registration is a two step process. The day before class you will be emailed a Zoom link to confirm registration, as well as class materials and guidelines. CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits. |
