This course will provide an overview of agency relationships, discuss the changes (if any) that the new MLS rules have affected, and review some of the forms that impact those relationships. This course will discuss creating agency relationships between Buyer Agent, Seller Agent, Dual Agent, Designated Agent and Non-agent/transactional licensees. The course will review agency responsibilities, limitations of duty, Issues of the agency, and documents and tools of the trade such as the Agreement of Sale, Addenda, Inspections, disclosure forms, negotiations, and much more.
