This class will give you what you need to competently discuss the market trends for luxury homes, and how these properties are similar to and distinct from the general market. We will discuss what specific needs need to be addressed when working with luxury clients. We will talk about the difference in luxury clients (and homes) vs middle class clients and homes, how to compile a CMA when homes have very unique features. We will also cover the market trends in the luxury market – the top 10% of sale prices.
