Must-See Green Time-Capsule Condo Is the Week’s Most Popular Home

realtor.com

A colorful condo that’s been essentially uninhabited since 1974 is this week’s most popular home on realtor.com®. Decked out in groovy shades of green, the one-of-a-kind time capsule mesmerized us, and we wrote about it last week.

Apparently you were equally impressed—your clicks propelled this ’70s hit to the top of the charts. The listing agent for the leisure suit-come-to-life pad was also aware of the intense interest.

“Since I posted the link to the article on my Facebook, I’ve gotten a lot of likes,” says Nancy Maranan. “We currently have multiple offers.”

She says a couple of interested buyers intend to keep the 1970s interiors intact—a development we’re thrilled by. Photographers have also reached out to Maranan to set up shoots in the condo, but she says a surplus of shutterbugs would get in the way of potential buyers who want a tour.

“We’re looking for buyers,” Maranan says with a laugh.

Stepping outside the time capsule, you also clicked on a sleek mountain retreat in North Carolina, a fabulous A-frame perched somewhat precariously on an Arkansas mountainside, and a top-to-bottom renovation in Louisville complete with an on-trend black exterior.

Soak it all in while you can by reveling in all of this week’s most popular homes.
