WHY: The class goes through the Contract to Buy/Sell line by line with emphasis on items and issues that can be taken for granted. Discussions will include legal descriptions, waving appraisals and escalation clauses. Learn how to be the expert in discussing issues in the contract with your clients.
COST: DMAR Members Free (must be a DMAR member to participate)
CE CREDITS: 3- You must have video capability, have it on and be visible during the class to get CE credit. Students may not drive, show homes or participate in any event that distracts from the class. Classes will be treated just as if it were in an in-person class.
IMPORTANT: Registration is a two step process. The day before class you will be emailed a Zoom link to confirm registration, as well as class materials and guidelines.
