We will cover how credit can affect a client's life and how to read a credit report. The outcome of the class will help brokers understand the credit crisis that a large percentage of the national population faces. Often times the real estate licensee is the first line of defense for clients with poor credit. By educating the business population licensees will no longer see credit as black and white.
