Before becoming an agent and joining the PorchLight family, I had a stimulating career as a paralegal in a family law practice. I have also enthusiastically enjoyed investing in Fix & Flip properties. There’s something very exciting about hunting for just the right house that provides investment potential and a positive return on investment. Additionally, I love to give back to my community through health and wellness. I am a certified Health Coach with a specialty in weight management. I truly enjoy helping others to live their best life. During my work in Fix & Flips, I met Mary Gerwin from PorchLight and shortly thereafter she became my mentor. This led to my career as a Realtor with PorchLight and my position on the 5280 City Living team alongside Mary and colleagues Shaylisa Turner and Chad Mendoza. Together, we specialize in all types of clients from first-time buyers to luxury listings. With my background in psychology and family law, I believe I am a great match for clients who are going through big life changes, such as first-time homebuyers, newlyweds who are expanding their families, in addition to divorcing clients. Home buying is such an emotional process, and I love helping clients through their journey. Of course, I will always enjoy helping investors find their next home to flip - there is nothing like seeing the process of a worn-down home being brought back to life. No matter your circumstances, I will always go the extra mile for you. As your agent, I will be honest and empathetic, as well as detail-oriented and organized. From start to finish, I will guide you and provide my expert opinion while respecting and honoring your needs. Most importantly, whether you’re looking to buy or sell, I will always go above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, working out, and traveling. I also have two fur babies, Bentley and Ruger-Ralph, who are my world. We like to hike, go to the park, and spend time outdoors. I grew up in Park Hill and now reside in the DTC/Greenwood Village area. I have enjoyed both neighborhoods due to the nearby parks and outdoor spaces for my fur family, the restaurants within walking distance, and my athletic community within reach. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting your real estate goals. |
