Lauren Plante

Hi, my name is Lauren Plante and I am a mindset coach. I have been a trained coach since 2020 with a background working in human behavior/neuro and real estate. I am a certified reiki practitioner and neuro-linguistic programming practitioner. The depth of my skills and training truly comes from my life experiences. Having healed and moved through performance anxiety, abandonment wounds, perfectionism, people pleasing, fears, limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and self-doubt helped me get to the other side of career confusion and feeling stuck and purposeless, breaking generational patterns and societal norms, relationship issues, and health challenges have transformed my life in a way I never knew possible that I now feel inspired to teach you.
