This four-hour In-Depth class goes into each section of the Contract and explores the options available to complete the contract. Many pitfalls and trip hazards are present in the Contract and care must be taken when completing the Contract so that you as a Broker and your clients are not exposed to unnecessary risk. A well written Contract also gives your clients the best possible chance of gaining a deal. Gain the knowledge you need about the entire Contract. The CBS1 Contract is extremely detailed and close to 20 pages long. It is a complicated contract and one that the Real Estate Commission expects Brokers to fully understand and be able to advise their clients on its proper preparation. The risks are many if the Contract is not properly prepared. This class will give you the knowledge you need to understand the complete Contract.
