The 2-hour workshop is the overview of the 22-day challenge.
What is a Mastering Balance Workshop, and 22-Day Challenge?

The first thing you will be asked to do is take the Balance Survey, then during the next 22 days, you will be using the BALANCE DAILY HABITS “Tracker” so that you can be held accountable to yourself and begin looking at the changes that will be happening in your life.

By waking up each new day you will practice the 7 Daily BALANCE Principles Believing, Allowing, Learning, Affirming, Nurturing, Celebrating, and Expanding, plus 4 other important habits in your life. You will be committing to look at everything that matters to you, your life, and your purpose.

So, in other words, you will be creating habits that will help you become the person you want to be and create the work and life you love.
