We’ll explore the pros and cons of making offers more attractive, as well as potential broker/buyer liability to the seller. We’ll also delve into the problems with “love letters” and escalation clauses, and discuss strategies for dealing with multiple buyers interested in the same property. Throughout the course, we emphasize the importance of vetting all of these issues with clients before they find themselves in the pressure situation of making an offer.
