This 3 CE online course will cover the challenges with short sales, providing real estate services and the unauthorized practice of law and services that a licensee is allowed to perform in reference to short sales. Referring unlicensed individuals and foreclosures other information on short sales and foreclosures red flags on short sale or foreclosure scams and MARS.
Upon completion of this course and its requirements, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for 3 CE credits.
