Clients always ask “how’s the market?” This class gives you specific talking points to sound like an expert. We also discuss how you can use the information for listing presentations, and for buyers that aren’t sure if “now is the time to trade up” or if they should wait until later. The goal is to present the information in a format so you can put it to use immediately – and close more deals. We’ll spend some time at the end on “where is the marketing going?” so you can discuss that as well.

This class comes with 1 free CE Credit.

I have written many times about Metro Districts and their impact on housing affordability and the danger they may pose to homeowners in the years and decades to come. But, many of you told me that wasn’t enough and that I should create and teach a class on Metro Districts. My new class is done and I have titled it “How to Protect Your Clients from Metro Districts.

• How developers and builders secretly control Metro Districts.
• The types of debt Metro Districts issue and the staggering amount of debt that has been authorized and issued by Metro Districts that homeowners are required to pay for decades to come.
• The most dangerous type of debt issued by Metro Districts.
• How Metro Districts impact consumers’ property tax bills.
• What should the State do about Metro Districts?
• What should homebuyers do to protect themselves?
• The website you and your clients NEED to review before purchasing a home.

WHY: The real estate brokerage model as we know it is facing change in more ways than one. Amid all this change and noise, how do you stay relevant not just now but in the future, too? Join us and find out! We’ve put together a group of foremost names in the business to discuss the changes happening on our industry’s doorstep, and what you need to do now to stay in the game.

SPEAKERS:

Nobu Hata, Incoming CEO of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® and the former Director, Industry Outreach and Engagement Strategy for the National Association of REALTORS®

September 11, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Free

The intermediate class will go more in depth of each feature on the Main and Detailed dashboards. The instructor will also show you how to create a Contract to Buy using our Save Time feature. The Save Time feature will pull information from the Listing Contract you are writing an offer on, which will save a lot of time from having to input the information yourself. After, you will see how to integrate and the importance of each integration feature. Last but not least, you will get to learn how to upload outside sources into CTM such as lender letters, HOA Docs, etc.

For 2CE Credits, $20 payment required on class day.
To be eligible for CE credits, you must have not received CE Credit from CTM eContracts within the previous 12 months.
