A well written Contract also gives your clients the best possible chance of gaining a deal. Gain the knowledge you need about the entire Contract. The CBS1 Contract is extremely detailed and close to 20 pages long. It is a complicated contract and one that the Real Estate Commission expects Brokers to fully understand and be able to advise their clients on its proper preparation.
