Breakouts Reimagined: New Specialized Breakout Tracks Coming to Family Reunion 2026

For Family Reunion 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia, KW is introducing breakout tracks to simplify planning and navigation among 150 breakout sessions. Attendees can follow one of eight specialized tracks—including AI, Marketing and Branding, Buyers, Sellers, Operations and Administration, Commercial, Luxury, and Wealth—for a deep dive on a single topic. Each track provides a focused learning pathway through four dedicated time blocks, featuring a mix of speaker presentations, rapid-fire RED talks, and panel discussions, and can be planned using the KW Command® mobile experience.

Hosting a conference for 10,000 or more real estate professionals takes a lot of planning. Between every annual KW Family Reunion, teams from across KWRI assess what improvements and enhancements can be made to ensure the next FR is even better than the last, and delivers the best possible event experience in the industry.

Education and training is at the center of FR, and balancing the educational needs of the newest agents with those of long-tenured leaders is no small task. Main stage presentations planned for FR26, like the annual Vision Speech with Gary Keller, a keynote with Jay Shetty, and SocialMediaCon with Gary Vaynerchuk, serve the widest audience by delivering information that applies across roles and experience levels. By contrast, breakout sessions provide attendees with the time and space to explore specialized topics that align with their current roles, goals, challenges, and interests.

Breakouts have historically covered a vast array of topics across the real estate spectrum, and with 150 breakouts planned for FR26, this year is no exception. But while it’s great to have an abundance of options, that kind of bounty can also lead to overwhelm — especially for first-time attendees. Robert Bell, KW’s director of training, says that’s why KW is introducing a new feature for 2026: breakout tracks.

Breakout tracks open up the fast lane to learning across eight core subjects: AI, Marketing and Branding, Buyers, Sellers, Operations and Administration, Commercial, Luxury, and Wealth. Each track condenses critical strategies, technologies, and mindset shifts into one learning pathway to make the most of your time and energy. As an attendee, you can follow one breakout track for the deepest dive on a single topic, or mix and match with other breakouts to customize your learning adventure.

Next-level breakout tracks are coming to FR26.
